New summer activities
Warringah Archers offers Come and Try archery days for people of various abilities. Test your skill and accuracy in a relaxed, family friendly environment. Adaptive equipment will be available to help get the most out of your archery experience.
Fishing at Manly Dam
Manly Dam offers a great, accessible location for some fishing from the bank with fellow guests or your family and friends. We have a range of adaptive fishing gear including rod holders, wrist and hand support and an electric reel.
Boat Fishing Manly
Enjoy a morning boat fishing in north harbour. With hoist and independent transfer options available at a jetty in Manly, spend the morning putting along with our staff and trying your luck in a beautiful part of Sydney’s waterways.
Ocean Kayaking is a great way to experience the often crystal clear and glassy water on offer at Collaroy. When the ocean is flat, we can swap surfboards for kayaks and see the water from a different perspective. You might even see some dolphins or catch a fish while we are out there.
Come and try stunt kite flying in the park at Collaroy. This is an activity for all ages and abilities. There are different control options, to cater for people with a range in upper body function. Make the most of a windy day, or develop your skills for bigger, sportier kites.
Discover your green thumb at Sargood, as we setup and maintain an edible garden. All guests are welcome to contribute their knowledge and experience. You may also learn some tips about getting your own garden set up at home.

All activities are included in our accommodation packages. Please book activities in advance to guarantee availability.
Family and friends are welcome to join in our activities, however please note that they will need to organise or bring their own equipment and transport in most cases.

Getting out and about in our beautiful surrounds at Collaroy can do wonders for the mind, body and spirit. We are fortunate to offer wheelchair accessible accommodation on Sydney’s pristine Northern beaches.
The Northern Beaches Council is committed to making our local precinct 100% wheelchair friendly. There have been recent upgrades to the beach facilities and surf lifesaving club (including a lift, adult change table and hoist) as well as the area directly in front of Sargood on Collaroy.
Exercise releases endorphins that trigger a positive feeling in the body and can even reduce your perception of pain.
